The original leader of the Mad Gear Gang who used his cross-bow against you, rode in a wheelchair while holding Mike haggar's daughter Jessica, jumping mid-air from side to side, and knocking him out of a huge window of the tallest building of Metro City countless of times. He even returned as a zombie in Final Fight Revenge. 😎 😎

I respect him, he's deadly. 😆 😄 😎

Yeah man, he was pretty tough to grab when you foght against him, especially with the other Mad Gear members getting in the way.

At first, I thought tht he was permanetly stuck in the wheelchair and couldn't move at all, then all of a sudden, he starts jumping all over the place in mid-air shooting you from all angles, lol. 😆 😎
