Okay well I would say Odin would beat current supes, but if Supes is written the way he should be (PC Supes, AS Supes) then supes for sure. I think it all really comes down to how depowered supes will be, I know the thread start stated that it is current supes so ill respect that and say Odin. However, if we we're to bring up the real Supes then odin will be beat.

First of all, The god force isn't some blast that thor just randomly hands out. he has to summon it. To date, I've never seen him use it on an agile, superfast moving being. So the God force is pretty irrelevant. Surfer is all around more poweful than thor. Hell thor can't even fly.
