Take Pyron for example, he could have just eaten earth right when he came to it, and would have killed the likes of Demitri, Morrigan, maybe Jedah(he wasn't really dead in the 100 time period, just bodyless I think), instead he turned into a human form and fought the DSers, and got defeated and absorbed by Demitri.
I am sorry...but are you saying Pyron would have essentially beaten Demitri, Morrigan and Jedah at the same time if he had absorbed earth from the very beginning?
