If All-Star Superman is destined to die, wtf is this?

Alright, I just noticed this not too long ago...

In issue #3 of the A/S Superman series, Sampson gives Superman a news paper from the future, describing his "seemingly" imminent death:

----------

Fast-forward to the last page of this issue, and there we see that same news paper:

[very bottom of the page].

Did anyone else notice who it was written by?

This just confirms some theories I've had for quite a while now

What a cop out.

I just wonder how Morrison is going to do that?

Just based on that last page I would have to say it looks like he's just saying goodbye.

maybe it ends with a tribute to Alan Moore's "Last Superman Story," completing the whole "silver age homage" thing Morrison has going on, in that Superman dies, but Clark Kent lives.

What probobly happens is he will either...

a.)Give up his powers

b.)Lose his powers

c.)Fake his death

I love how Superman solves the Egyptian's riddle through reading a newspaper advertisement for a car ✅
