"The Grudge", "Cabin Fever" ..... just to name a few....Ugghhh!!! WTF???
And Cabin Fever may not be very well done but it's story is strongly associated with some dark realities of life.
A very dangerous bacteria called "Necrotizing Fasciitus" exists and it is actually termed as the flesh eating bacteria because it can eat skin and flesh of its victims alive. Hence the story of this movie focuses on a terrifying but invisible enemy like that bacteria.
And during times of danger, chaos and anarchy; people often don't act nicely due to selfishness and fear and reveal their true colors. Hence the characters shown in the movie represent such people.
So I recommend Cabin Fever to all horror fans because it is different from traditional horror movies.
1)Halloween Series
2)Ju-On Series
3)Saw series
4)Godzilla (Original Japanese version)
5)Night of The Living Dead (original)
6)CandyMan
7)Behind The Mask (Mostly a comedy...but its great)
8)Friday The Thirteenth (First only)
9)Dawn of The Dead (original)
10)Eraserhead (Some dont consider it horror, but I do...)

I agree with most of your list, except for High Tension (which I thought was HIGHLY overrated) and Underworld (you gotta be f**king kidding me, right?)As for some of the crap some of these other jokers would recommend, I gotta wonder what the hell they've been smoking?!? I mean "The Grudge", "Cabin Fever", "Leprechaun", "Angel Heart", "The Ugly"..... just to name a few....Ugghhh!!! WTF???
I don't see lots of those (even The Grudges American remake) as being any worse than the Saw movies, i quite liked the first movie, but they just became absurd and tiresome very quickly. I'd write a list but most of the ones i'd put on there have been said so...
