Omega Ridley (without the Phazon wound on his chest) vs Onaga

Onaga isn't hurting Omega Ridley in anyway. For someone who can withstand magics being thrown at him and a suicide explosion, he really doesn't do much. With phazon and armor plating plus no weakpoint, Onaga doesn't stand a chance.

Ridley wins.

Onaga's only real impressive feat is surviving the Raiden suicide explosion.

Ridley can do better than that.
