He's not bulletproof, he has no precog, and if his stand gets hurt or take a shot to the head, heart, for example, he's dead. Hell, if he takes a shot to the head or the heart, his stand goes with him.

Star Platinum's abilities are dependent on his physical condition. A moderately good speedster can take him out if they cut his throat.

Even if we can't get enough votes, Ill should be able to see that Radioactive man is OBVIOUSLY to high for this tourney.

He went even with Thor in their first fight. Ban him.
