Today was fun. I found out one of the waiters quit and threw all the pens in the laundry bag, ruined somethings. Its not proven it was him but my boss was pretty sure of it. She made a police report. I lol'd b/c this was over pens. crylaugh
2nd thing. we sold out of deserts. We didn't have enough. the "professional " pasty chef ( was one of my JOBS) flaked on us and never showed up. As usual I had to pull deserts out of my ass with the left overs (not much to work with). They looked great and tasted great was the feed back i got. But still i was somewhat pissed about this. This was my job and it was the best part. I really liked it. some "professional" we got. 🙄
