An Auditor is pretty much an accountant. I make sure all the numbers balance. I make sure all credit card transactions go through, make sure all room charges are applied to guest folios. Being a math whiz makes it easy.

The computers have to be shut down from 130 am to 230 am to run the audit, this is why it's done at night. If it were ran in the morning or afternoon, it would be an inconvenience due to the high number of guests coming to and fro.
