The official "What's this Movie?" thread!

I don't know if I saw this movie in the 90's or the 00's.

I think it is a foreign made film (director, etc.).

It's about two close friends one Serbian one Croatian, prior to the Serb / Croat conflict.

Both were competitive sharp shooters (Olympics, etc) till the war broke out.

Then they find themselves on opposite sides as snipers.

Finally searching for each other to kill.

Alright, so a good 10 or more years ago as a child, I caught a movie on TV in the middle. I turned it on, and the main character was being attacked by what looked like a rabid dog, as it had white stuff in its mouth.

However, after watching a little longer, it turned out that there was some product, either a yogurt, a cream, or whatever, that made people go insane when they ate it. I don't know what it was, but it was white and gloppy, though I specifically thought it was yogurt. I want to say you became heavily addicted to it, but it also seemed to make you completely insane, and it was what the dog had eaten.

Either way, it was being made by a company, and this guy seemed to want to stop them. At the end, he and this child went to someone of seeming importance (I believe it was the owner of the company) and tried to make him stop. I think that the owner didn't believe about the effects of the yogurt, or at the very least, was denying it. For some reason, (I think to prove them wrong, or maybe the man forced him to) he ate some, and then went insane as well. The man and the child left, and it had a pretty triumphant feeling, as if they had won, and then the movie ended. I want to say that at the end scene with the owner, some younger women came out for some reason.

It COULD have been a TV show, as I only caught a little bit of it, but based on the credits, I think it was a movie. It was, at least, 10 years old, and the video quality would lead me to think it wouldn't be any newer than 95, though its possible I suppose.

Any guesses?

Hi, I have been searching for the title to this movie for years, but no one seems to remember it.

It was live action (I believe), but I only remember one scene, in the scene there is this person sitting on a bench (in a park?), arm across the back of it and a spider-type thing walks across the bench up their arm and turns into a tattoo.
There's probably more to that scene, but it's an old movie that I watched when I was little and the scene is very dream-like making it hard to remember.

Ok I watched this movie probably about 10 years ago and i dont know why but it is driving me crazy because no one has any idea what i'm talking about, and i have no idea what the name is, and i don't recall any of the actors.

It is about these students in college and they are competing for the highest gpa or possibly to get on the deans list, and there is a murderer picking them off by what their major is. I remember their was a girl whose major was dealing with electricity and the murderer electricuted her. I also remember a scene where the main character and his new girlfriend are at her house and they are running through her backyard stripping and they walk up on her family having a party and they are naked. But the main point of the movie is the murders..I think it was suppost to be scary or suspenseful, it vaguely reminded me of the movie Urban Legand with Josh Jackson. But anyway..if you have any idea please let me know because it is absolutey driving me crazy! Thanks

Hi guys - unno if anyone will have a clue about what i'm dribbling about this is driving me insane - It was an old film from my childhood must be 80's or early 90's - it follows a couple of youths if i remember correctly - the opening scene is of a boy talking about something from inside a cement mixer - some girls bang on it and he falls in (for some reason it really freaked me out). Theres some kind of weird monster that lives in a lake or a resevoir but you dont really see anything till the end - it just kinda pops the top out for a bit. In the end the kid encounters it and it's this weird monster / machine type thing. If memory serves its got like a dinosaur type head and a criss cross machine like neck/body. Anyone have a clue what im on about? Much appreciated

Hi! Does anybody know the name of the movie, possibly sci-fi, where a strange device is put on the head of a guy, that injects some liquid and where two clamps grab his eyelids forcing the man to watch some images projected in two small mirrors putted in front of his eyes...

hey everybody im a big horror movie fan, been watching horror movies since i was about 5 (im 25 years old now) ...... i was wondering if anyone can help me with the name of a horror movie i saw many years back ... i saw it on cable one time and i have no recollection whatsoever of the name . it starts off with 2 girls who agree to meet a stranger from the internet at some "party" .... when they get there they realize it was a hoax by some insane guy .... 1 girl gets killed and thrown in back of a car, while the other gets sent into his private dungeon where she and many others get tortured ... basically she ends up being a daughter of a cop who ends up hunting the madman down .... i even recall that one of the people getting tortured in the dungeon was KEVIN POLLAK ... he didnt have any major role maybe 3 minutes of film time but it is notable ..... so im hoping someone knows this movie and can give me the name .. it would be a great help ......thank you!!!

At least 10 years ago i saw this film, loved it, and have never seen it again since, i have spent almost all day today on imdb searching through the films there, but no luck.

I remember a group of us troops in a jungle, i believe stranded, and they happen across an old airbase with abandoned and wrecked planes. The troops turn these plains into very bizarre vehicles, very A-team style.

Don't remember if that's all or just a part of the film.

I also vaguely remember (but could be wrong on this) that there were 2 huge (almost deformed) strong men, i believe twins, with an iq of about 3 between them.

G'day, I am trying to find a Christmas film that my partner and I both recall seeing independently as kids that was set in a ski lodge (or something like that) and the main charaters were trying to fix it up before the holidays started.

The film had the feel of a movie from about th 1930s-1950s era, but is not Holiday Inn or White Christmas (although we thought it may have been until we watched them again).

Many years back I watched a film on tv with my sister that I have never forgotten and would love to see again. Me and my sis often talk about this film as at the time it scared and had us totally gripped as to what was going to happen. I must have watched it on tv in perhaps 1981. It was shown in the daytime and was like a really tame disaster movie (in hindsight). It was an old movie though (black & white, 1950's at a guess). So the main thing I can remember is these big black stalagmite things that emerged from the ground and kept reproducing. They were really tall tower-like things that grew and then fell over and then more grew. Does anyone have any idea what this movie is?? If not any ideas on a website that can perhaps help me?
