Tales from the Dark Side: The Movie.

Can you help me find this title...Foreign, exotic - takes place in desert and desert communities.

Girl/Woman repeatedly disappointed in love. By the end of the film she is wandering in the desert alone and bitter. A man in a caravan (maybe the leader) begins telling her how the stories are told in the tiles of the palaces (sacred buildings). He tells of the tiles that show two caged birds. They are in love but in captivity. They decide to break free. The last tile shows the female bird alone, afraid and bitter at the abandonment of her lover. The caravan man points out that there is a tile in between. This tile shows as the two take flight the male bird is captured.

He of course goes on to explain how the morale is you don't always know what happens... etc.

I saw this movie 10 years ago. It's not KamaSutra and it is not Sheltering Sky though I saw both of those around the same time.

This image is drivin' me nuts - I can't find it anywhere.

I think the protagonist was a woman and from the description I found of the movie - it seems the protagonist is a man...but I'll give it a shot.

If anyone else thinks they might know I'd love an opinion.

Before this drives me completely insane, does anyone know the title of this movie? i saw it years ago on video,
it was a scifi movie about some killer robot or other (are there any other kinds of robot in these flicks?)
one of the characters names was scott ridley (see what they did there?)
it had a scene in it where one of the characters goes completely apesh*t with a huge machine gun cannon type thing and shouts "shadoken!" (or) "sharoken!"(however its spelt) like out of the streetfighter video games, before letting rip with said weapon,
and thats all i remember about it, not a lot to go on i realise, but hopefully someone may have a clue as to what it was called.

Want to find movie that stuck in my mind, but can’t figure it out title. Saw it once somewhere in 90’s on TV. So what I remember:

Film made I guess somewhere in 50-70, USA. Plot is usual, some tough guy kick ass for bad guys. Some plot details that I can recap:
Movie setting in modern days (let’s say of production days), some small town in suburbs.

Main hero white male, with cowboy hat???, know some martial arts, remember one scene he encounter some thugs in shop or somewhere, calmly takes of his shoes (that definitely remember) and with bare foots kicks them asses.

There was rape scene, where woman (friend or GF of main hero probably) is tied to the ground in outdoors and then raped by few of thugs.

As I can remember, the title of movie might probably sound something like “the adventures of billy joe… billy Johnson ….. bobby joe ” “billy joe adventure” or something like that (but not sure)

Not sure, but there might in title somehow word “indian” for example “the adventures of indian joe….” Or main hero may have some Indian heritage. (not really sure about this, maybe mistakes with something)

Somehow I remember long time ago in cinema journal saw some poster with main hero, and I can guess that there was probably sequel to the movie. What I can recap from this, that there was some bikers or bike gang included.

Well that’s all what can I remember, hope hear some help from you guys

Hey all. New here and curious about a movie I saw as a kid. It features muppets and the story revolved around a group of farm animals that each played an instrument. Their owners treated them badly so they ran away together to form a band. The movie starts off with just one animal, it runs away, meets up with another and they continue on meeting others.

The movie is in black and white in some weird reality were weirdos get high drinking these little vials and this guys gets chased by a weirdo but he gets stuck at the top of a lift. The bad guy gives people these little vials which sometimes kills them. The movie goes colour near the end.

My memory of this movie is very hazy, I woke up a few years back to this movie playing on The Showcase Revue, it was a very cartoonish back drop, extremely colorful, a large cartoony (the whole thing was cartoony) woman is standing in front of a window, the window breaks (shatters??) and stabs her in her eyes, this somehow causes her to regain her eyesight (this is what I understood) after which she runs out of her house (seemed to be in a studio, almost like a kids show) yelling'' I can see. I can see''. She runs to her boyfriends house where she catches him in the middle of having sex with a large black woman (he says something stupid like ''we were just talking, but he continues having sex with her. The woman then takes out a large gun and shoots them both, lots of cartoonish blood. I remember checking the tv guide the following morning and the movie that was scheduled to be playing was about an aspiring country singer, no clue if thats what it was. This has been driving me nuts for years, lol.

i was trying to remember a film i watched when i was teen but can't remember what the name was i think i was called (The Hunted or The Haunting) any goggle/IMDB searches I've done i haven't come up with anything.
It was about a family that lived next door to i think the mothers parents and there's a scene where the mother of the family is doing some washing in the basement and she hears her mother calling her, see goes to look if her mother wants her but there's none there. Another scene there's a dark cloud (ment to be a ghost) in one of the rooms in the family's house which moves through the wall and into the parents house the mother of the family runs to the parents house to find her mother bricking it ! and the ghost/cloud is in there i also kinda remember that i think both the family and the parents have just moved in to the area but I'm not to sure on that

any help would be appreciated thanks

Hi new user, for ages my friend and i have been trying to remember the name of a film, the only part i remember is someone eating a meal, then putting the bones together and taking out a tooth to use as a bullet, it may have been to do with him being in a virtual reality but im not certain, any help would be appritiated
