BB has a chance of beating Apollo....and stop bringing up Apollo is super fast stuff.

Midnighter beating Apollo isn't PIS. He's effectively precognitive, and Apollo isn't fast enough to override such an advantage.

Black Bolt wins, BB powers are greater hell he can throw anti-matter bombs at Apollo. Black Bolt defeated Hulk(2), defeated Gladiator(2) who flies at warp speed and move planets, defeated one of the most powerful Eternals Ikaris. Black Bolt wins by a mile.
