If i remember he mostly just watched, he might have took one blast. Its been a while. They are both rookies. If you want to get technical then Yat has more fight experience but they both are effectively rookies.

Think about it. When SBP first appearance, he done what? Nothing much at all, then the Anti Monitor and didn't really do much. Then against earth heroes which lasted what a day then...

Then he was in that other world with Flash and probably had quite a few fights with them.

Yeah I wouldn't call him a rookie anymore TBH.

Unless he never took on the Flashes once in that other world I wouldn't say hes a major rookie.

Half of the reason that Prime became a villain is that he couldn't control his strength as well as someone who's had years doing so. Hence him accidentally killing Titan's to begin that massacre.
