Respect Classic Superman.

There are alternate Superman's like earth 1 and 2. I am not really sure and not everyone can decide but earth 2 Supes was the main one in

Action comics. I believe at a particular issue they swapped in continuity so I might very well stop at there.

But for now this is classic Superman from the very early says.

I will be doing it issue by issue so if you can let me do the scans, you can add things I have missed when I finish if you don't mind. Thanks.

(I am probably very very wrong about all that up there but I have very little knowledge of it so I will mostly do issues until he becomes too powerful)

Issue 1.

We find out his origins and it tells us his abilities and stats in a way.

Here we see hes nimble and fast by running along phone wires and TV wires.

Here he easily outraces a car on foot.

Here he easily lifts a car and we see the classic scene of him smashing the green car.

Issue 2.

First we see him survive and land on his feat after a big fall onto the sidewalk.

With ease he throws a man far away easily. That's right classic kills. Supes pwns. 😂

Here he apparently is moving so fast he is moving almost to fast for the eye to see.

He catches up with a big boat and then decided to turn away.

Now we see him beating some gangstas by throwing them out the window.

Here he destroys an army plane, they shoot at him but he makes it crash and causes an explosion which he comes straight back from.

Issue 3.

He easily and on purpose falls down a mining hole and survives.

Here he moves so fast, not the fastest auto or plane can replicate.

With a miner he pulls himself up the lifts wire up very fast apparently.

Issue 4.

With ease and disguised as someone else he easily runs though them all.

Issue 5.

He easily beats a train until he comes across a messed up track that will cause the bridge to collapse.

He holds the bridge up while the train goes by. One of his impressive strength feats.

Now we see him holding a dam together some how to stop all the water rushing through until it collapses.

Not only does he outrun a huge tidal wave he moves a little mountain or something to stop the wave.

Next I will do issue 6 and more. I hope everyone understands a bit more of his power. Oh and remember I would like to be corrected on the mistakes on the continuity and earth 1 and 2 etc but don't turn it into a big debate like others make a thread if someone disagrees. Thanks.

Oh and take note people this is different than the other one because this is going to be about the original. Maybe if I get board if I finish I will do more but for now classic FTW.

Also, how many of the old issues do you have Are you doing just the Action Comics or will you be scanning the first volume of Superman comics?

I doubt I will be doing Superman but I might.

But I am working on more issues now.

What about the old newspaper strip comics he was in?

I requested you not to post scans. Its my own work and they are to big. In fact can you ask the mod to make them links theyre to big for my screen and its taking to long to load them.

Theres a reason I asked people not to post, I am working on something and other scans just sort of mucks my plans up.

As you can see, the “Lightning Master” uses his devices to manipulate the weather to cause lightning storms. So this isn’t just fake lightning he makes himself

So the lightning is already going for the tower? Well, apparently, he reacts and moves faster than lightning as he beats the bolt to its destination and then absorbs it. That’s hundreds of millions of volts of electricity he just can absorb like that.

The liner was set to explode and when it finally does, Superman takes the blast that was intended to destroy an entire canal. He seems fine.

This ray has been used to knock down huge buildings and has done it a few times before Superman goes to stop it. The full force of a ray that can “shatter a skyscraper” is turned on him. He endures it, pushes through it and destroys the device.

Golden Age Superdickery

Got some other nice feats in here too, though.

GA Superman knew who the good guys were and the bad guys were and when it came time to make a choice on who to save, it wasn’t a tough decision. No remorse either for the loss of a criminal life.

Some crooks rigged a car to blow. What does Superman do? Makes them get in the car and start it!

Superman grabs some criminals out of a car and decides to take them along as he easily races a train and beats it. Then he decides to try and beat the train to the crossing. He also mocks them on basically what all criminals are at heart: cowards.
Superman: “For a pair of hard-boiled guys whose speciality is rubbing out lives, you certainly seem terrified at the thought of losing your own.”
Then he tells the f***ers to get out of his town or he’ll be back.
