Because as stated by Cho, on-panel, Hulk does not kill.
The Banner portion of his mind is always running the calculations, and doing what he has to do in order to not inflict lethal damage.

Like I said that was a new element to the story. They're fight was over and done and they both used they're energy's. But Huc gets his back very fast.They're fight was OVER and like the writer said they beat each other till they reverted. 🙄

The writer said that [b]Sentry (ie not Hulk) ran out of power and that they both powered down.Hulk clearly did NOT run out of energy, as you can see from the scans I posted he was shaking the entire eastern seaboard by just taking one step. But to you, Sentry (bob) lying on the ground unconscious, and Hulk stepping on the ground and making the entire section of the eastern seaboard shaking = stalemate. 🙄 [/B]

WTF are you talking about with two batteries? Now you really are losing it. Hulk's power level is HIGHER in the scans I posted than when he fought Sentry. You cannot regenerate a battery to 10x the power than it was when it was depleted. Your analogy is wrong.
