Umm, Shaggy man is the being that Hal created with the ring? I dont think Shaggy is the other guy. Unless he got a makeover, but i doubt it.

Then hes a bum. The original Shaggy man was more of a threat. In JLA, theres mention of a new Shaggyman by Luthor. I wonder if hes the same one from the GL pic shown above?

If it is in fact another Shaggyman -don't think so, since the one I saw in JL wasn't shaven-, then there may be a chance. However if the General was pwned by a Green Lantern construct, there is no way he is standing WWH, barring of course, super speed.
