I hear that Jeph Loeb's Red Hulk will be as, if not, more powerful than WWH.

"This came out recently and has been making the rounds through LCS. Apparently the first couple of issues do not show the Alter ego on Red HULK ,the question marked section stays like that even on the preview issue.
The information that has come out so far is this.
This hulk's power source comes from an abstract construct energy called the ANGER Force. Thusly it allows red hulk to achieve a level of strength that would scare off Thanos. This person has been chosen as the avatar of the Hulk to be passed on in the absence of Banner being around.
2nd,This Hulk won't have a healing factor because his durability is off the charts. He will be able to cause explosions near him through channeling his anger outwards in a combustible form of energy within 10-20 ft of distance.
He will also have some new ability of being able to increase his size along with his strength like the old style hulk used to do.
Aside from knocking out the watcher,within the span of 2 issues because of the attention he draws to him. He confronts gladiator and piledrives him through the moon,he will also even confront Eternity itself and thunderclap it away from him.
Also reportedly he will have desires towards the same sex. It is assumed as much during his first fight with Iron Man that he attempts to "violate" him.
