Frankly, I got a bit of block with the Esgabath game, propably because Ush said we are not going to do OT again.
Woah! I missed that one somehow. Really? That makes Jazz a sad little puppy. I really enjoyed the OT 'feel' and th head-to-head nature of the game. Rats. Well, Rex, if you get time and others to join in, count Kyle in (and poke BB and see if Eerin will join him).
I just noticed talk of a new rebel bounty hunter and maybe a few from the original OT. If you can reasonably fit me in there, I'd be grateful.

Just to be clear on this- I can no longer guarantee ANY game, due to changing circumstances in life. I don't want to create an expectation that cannot be fulfilled.
In broad theory, though, a second OT game does exist- a storyline has been sketched out for it.
The vs. nature of the last OT game really bogged it down, too. You are already seeing in the games right now how I am no longer tolerant of people holding each other up- you post or you lose; if you cannot regularly post you likely should not play. I'd rather lose some players that way than ruin the game for all players with all the waiting that destroys the flow.
I'm also worried about the amount of players unwilling to think things through. If you are only here for taking on people in a fight, you are only here for half the game and in future I'll probably be disallowing players on those grounds. Very often when I pose a situation to be thought over, play comes to a grinding halt and I can't tolerate that any more either. I have had several games effectively ruined by people not having the commitment to think things through and leaving it to others.
So for an OT game to be possible:
1. It needs to be finished off-line. There is no guarantee of that but it is possible
2. People need to accept the pace of a synchronised game- post or lose it; time will pass; the game will e cancelled if not enough players can keep up.
3. All players must be prepared to contribute to all parts of the RPing experience.
I'd love to give everyone who wants to play infinite time to do everything, but if that cripples the game then what was the point of anyone playing?
As for thinking things through- this doesn't mean that if you cannot solve a thinky bit you get thrown out. It's the sudden shut down of posting that is the killer. Anyone giving it a go is appreciated and the more you try, the more hints I tend to give.
I usually try to participate in everything, but for a couple of months earlier in the year I was somewhat busy and had missed a lot of story, so that I couldn't really give valid input into the planning. Though of course that could only work cause Rex and Lana and the others were actively doing everything, had they also played like me it would have stopped the game. And I can understand that that's not okay, I mean of course you are committing to the game when you decide to play, and it's just fair to then honor that commitment.
Based on that I must say I also enjoy the timed gameplay we have now. I think it's a fair thing to ask, whether the time we have right now is exactly right I guess depends on the players, I think at least on the dark side the 2 days per turn tend to be fine.
