He's Moriarty to the Doctor's Holmes. He's like the Doctor, except he applies himself. He's essentially just like the Doctor in terms of skills and powers, only moreso. He's like the Doctor without the ADD.
He's really better in every way except for spontinaity, compassion, and creativity.
