Initiative is theirs, so this turn Wraith takes some fire his way. He does get a Reflection kill, at least, before digging into two more as they come in the doorway.

Ker'Raos is missed by any attackers, and blows down another two with that gun of his.

Wraith lays into a pair of troopers while also trying to snap back a few bolts at their senders.

Tap Cleave, tap Reflection if I get three kills from it.

Initiative is theirs! The Royalists are peppering you with blasterfire at this point, being the closer and more threatening target. You take 12 damage as you struggle to deflect all the blasting coming your way.

It is not in vain- you get your Reflection tap and bring down three, before jumping in yourself and hacking down two with seven successes. You then tap Cleave for protection points.

Ker'Raos takes down the last one standing before more come in.

The troopers have blasted open a hatch above the computer bank at the front of the cockpit!

Wraith keeps at it with the troopers, swinging his blade through one of them and ducking behind the body for cover from his assailants.

You hack down a trooper as he storms in. All too easy...

Ker chooses to target the troopers by the door, since he can get more kills that way. He taps Carnival of Carnage and bags all four.

Nobody shoots at Wraith, but Ker takes a tap for 3 damage.

Bring Cleave back in, swap RF out.

Wraith continues his assault on the troopers, expecting Ker to handle his own problems. He is resorting to simple slashes to conserve strength, knowing that his lightaber doesn't need much weight behind it to cut through anything.

Those by the door concentrate their firepower on you. They claim five of your Cleave points, but you take no damage in the exchange. In return, you destroy two of them with simple slashes.

Ker'Raos has dropped his kinetic rifle and leaps up for the open hatch, slashing down a trooper upon arrival. Apparently they weren't expecting that and missed both their shots, there.

Bring in Forward Guard and tap it as Dak wails into Basan. Blow a point on Ward.

"How accommodating of you to die on my schedule!"

Ward is pointless as nobody will be shooting at you. However, that leaves you rather defenseless against Basan.

Whoops forgot what Ward was. Use the Force point on Evade.

Wraith will tap Orthodox Guard and Cleave in one super attack on the troopers, cutting down another pair.

Then for turn 8, swap Guards and attack another trooper.

Initiative is yours, both turns!

Your Orthodox Guard tap keeps you relatively safe, losing only one point of Cleave in the process. You then boost it back up by cutting down a pair of the troopers, bringing it back to 11 points of Cleave.

The soldiers can only fit ten into the doorway at a time, but that's still a tremendous amount for you to be taking fire from. You cut down your foe, but you lose eight points of Cleave almost immediately.

Still, no damage gained during all of this. Not bad...

Ker'Raos is still cutting apart the soldiers up there.

Reynal gives one final volley to the tank, and it explodes brilliantly as his cannon hits something important, perhaps the fuel tank.

Pade decides to concentrate on Royal Guard B, putting a bolt into his chest. He taps Eagle Eye and rolls six successes, and that's it for Guard B after an Erapedi pounces on him.

The Erapedi continue to maul the Guards. One Guard actually does not get the kill, there.

And then, your maneuver! Basan turns the tables on you and spends a point on Evade, dropping you down to only 9 dice on your attack. You roll like crap and only deal out 9 damage.

He rolls better, tapping Power Attack into his blow and getting three successes on it. You take 7 damage, and are Knocked Down.

Your men are cleared out of the apartment.
