The Ultimate Nullifier couldn't affect the wielder of the Infinity Gauntlet, which the Living Tribunal cancelled out with a thought.

The list would better be re-created in terms of scale instead of numbered tiers.

For instance, start off with Omniversal, and scale down from top to bottom within each category for power level within that group.

Example:
* Omniversal, or being able to affect multiple multiverses:
Example Living Tribunal

* Multiversal, or being able to affect all universes within a multiverse:
Example Abraxas,
multi-Eternity,
The Vishanti (as a whole)

* Universal level abstracts / Shard realm masters.
Example Eternity, Infinity, Death, Oblivion, Master Order, Lord Chaos, Vishanti individually (each one holds sway over their own universe / reality)

* Lesser Abstracts
Examples: Epoch, Eon, Love,Hate

* Elder Gods / Minor Abstracts / Elder Demons:
Galactus (although his power level fluctuates greatly), In-Betweener, Rot, Celestials, C'thon, Gaea, Atum, Elder: Ego

* High Skyfather:
Tyrant (Full Powered), Odin, Surtur, Elders such as Grandmaster

* Low to Mid Skyfather:
Thanos, Zeus, most of the rest of the Elders, Zuras, etc.
