That sucks.You'll probably end up talking to a person with a heavy accent. They will make you go through every single step known to man to figure out the problem, even though you know for a fact what the problem is. Then they take your info and stuff. You'll get a box in the mail like 4 days later that has instructions on how to pack your 360 for shipment. Then in like 2 - 3 weeks, you'll get your 360 back, good as new.
