Working is good because you know you are part of a team or are helping someone. I am more likely to work harder if I enjoy what I am doing, and would be more committed.
I enjoy working hard if I enjoy the job and what I am doing. It gives me a feeling of cooperation and this makes the job more rewarding as well as lets me feel like I’m making a difference.
I really enjoy working with customers and dealing with different people. There can be different parts of the job, some really exciting to me, and I like that I can make working connections with new people.
I have worked for Ogmore Valley life centre. I mostly cleaned and help customers. I enjoyed it because I liked talking to customers and staff, who made me feel welcome.
Some work can be stressful, especially if its something I don’t like or a job that has to be done outside in the rain. It can also be stressful if you don’t get along with the people you are working with.
