she means change the eye colour from, say green, to blue. basically use the magic wand tool to highlight the area, then go to Hue and Saturation and you can instantly change the eye colour there.

well you'd have to change the tolerance a bit, so that it doesn't go crazy and start selecting the whole face or anything haermm did I mention that I was drunk yesterday?
