Yes well I can't use internet explorer because i keep getting those pop ups...anyone know how I can get rid of the damn things?

Reset your computer. And not restart.

There is a setting somewhere which changes the state of your computer to how it was a couple of days ago or whenever you didnt have a virus

I think its in Control Panel. Go to performance and maitanance and on the left there is System Restore... that is probably it
