Most guys are pretty simple. In fact, the problem I see most often arising between genders is that women rely too much on things they are good at and men are blind to, like implicit meanings behind looks, body language, tone, etc.
Women are often not obvious enough and think the man should just "get it" and then get mad when he doesn't. You can't be too obvious or too to-the-point with most if not all men. If you want X, ask for X. If you want Y, ask for Y. Don't say the opposite, with a strange tone and/or look, and then expect him to magically read your mind. We're deaf to that kind of communication and it makes things impossible.

And as for the other thing. It's not the part of me wanting anyone to read my mind. It's about me wanting them to do that they say they gonna do. Guys doesn't understand the answer "I don't know". But I don't know. And when they don't know they just make up whatever and see what comes out of that. Thay say "I'm going" and that can be WHATEVER. When you don't know you just admit it. and the situation is clear.

That sounds more like an issue of personal honesty or perhaps bad social habits. Keep searching; you'll filter out the morons eventually.
