i wouldnt know...never been in a fight in my life..and never met a norwegian

met a bunch of yanks during my time in the military and I was amazed on how such an advanced army had huge problem with the harsh climate of northern Norway. They didnt know how to dress so we had to teach them which they didnt like at all 😄

Besides I used to live in Arkansas, never fought a yank though. Never saw any reason why to do it at all

thats what you are called here in Norway and it aint no disrespect in it but it was the Americans who called them selfs Yanks when they came here in hte late 60`s to help start the oil drilling in the North Sea

it goes back to your revelutionary war though, the Brits tried to mock you with Yankee doodle but it failed. Then it was the southerner who called the northerens yanks during the civil war and so on.
