Lily, my dentist is always lecturing me about crunching ice. You could crack your teeth while crunching ice. Voila, finally happened to me.... I crunched on ice; broke the corner of a tooth. So, after much money repairing it and getting the tooth capped, I now crunch on melting ice in my mouth, when the ice has softened and melting. Works out ok. still get to crunch ice, and won't crack my teeth. 😄 😮💨 💃 💃 🤣
