Who in all of comic-dom, is the most evil looking of them all?

A character's power-set isn't to play a factor here -- I just want to know which character you think looks the most evil, [artistically speaking].

Sinestro. 😐 Serioulsy though....Shuma Gorath? Going slightly off genre theres a Chaos god from Warhammer called Nurgle he looks pretty ****ing disgusting

No I was being sarcastic about Sinestro. I edited my post by the way. I think Thanos looks quite mean as well. I think I have seen some pics of Joker in Long Hallowen he looks really cool.

The most evil? Darkseid and Joker take it.

Most evil looking? Lex Luthor. Nothing is much more sinister than his smile and his ice cold eyes. As a human character...he is simply the most evil looking one.

The Long Halloween was excellent. I don't think it was continuity, but it was a good crime drama story.

From a human perspective...yeah. Does Joker look more creepier than Luthor? heck yeah! It's like you see the joker coming a mile away. Whereas Luthor is more like another face in a crowd.

It's like Hannibal Lecter...he looks like a very friendly and charming man. Once he traps you..his evilness appearance come out. You can't tell that's not frightning and scary.
