Surfer is the hardest top tier to pierce.
Superman is the most overall durable top tier.
Thor has one of the better damage soaks in comics.

But, he is waaay up there. So is Thor. Seriously, show me some panels where he is actually damaged, not just knocked out. There aren't many.
Surfer has been knocked out a lot, but I only remember one comic that actually showed damage. That was when he battled that computer city or something like that, and it was literally disintegrating parts of Surfer, but he was still functioning. (Anybody remember this?)
Isn't Lobo kind of damage resistant?
Or, Etrigan? As far as damage shown?
