Evolutionary tried to reduce Hulk to his "component electrical charges" and it barely registered. So dusting (heh) him may be out of the question.

Hulk's resistance to mental attacks varies. Sometimes he's susceptible, other times he's virtually immune. Being WWH, his resistance is incredibly high.

BFR seems the best bet.
