Firestorm has some form of Telepathy as well right? Really Firestorm can have any power he wants. He picks and chooses what he wants to do. But as I said, I haven't given anyone a victory. I can see firestorm beating firelord while insane light ray would be more than enough to hold off surfer.

That may be... but putting FS above every GL is bad enough to give me the implication that Surfer loses (and that FS is above every GL... WTF?)
