If this is Grievous at 100% like in clone wars cartoon, I go with Grievous. He took on 10 jedi in Clone Wars vol.1 on Hypori, killed 7, and put 2 in a coma. He would have probably killed Ki Adi Mundi if the ARC troopers hadn't arrived. He did all of thi with 2 lightsabres until fighting Mundi himself. It should be noted that GG can effectively fight with 5 lightsabres seeing as he has 6 limbs. But in an all out fight Anakin and Obi Wan are too well adept in the force to lose. But w/ sabers, come on Obi Wan shouldn't been able to beat Grievous as easily as he did in the movie. Even if he was badly injured. I'm not even sure if Yoda could take Grievous at 100% alone in a sword-fight but in an all-out fight vs Yoda GG is ****ed and gets wtf pwned. Actually Yoda should take Grievous because in Labrynth of Evil Mace Windu stalemated the General. And normally in this situation Yoda would be on par w/ Mace if not abopve him.
Yoda can take grievous in fact Dooku warned him to stay away from Mace,Yoda,Cin and few others but i can't remember who. Grievous was trained by Dooku and he while being "hard pressed at times" still was able to defeat him. And by ROTS Anakin in "teh zone" is pretty much unbeatable and tooled his master. I can get the quote if you like to see it. And Obiwan would probably beat GG but with much more difficulty.
Please do, not that I don't beieve yopu just like to see it. I can't see how Anakin in "teh zon" or not is taking GG who can fight effectively w/ 5 but should stay w/4 to balance in just a sabre fight. After all he was beat by Kenobi. And Ankin vs Dooku was all offense for Anakin. Anakin and Kenobi will both be on defense all day with the General.
From the ROTS novel descrition of Anakin in "teh zone" as he tools Dooku-Grievous's master and lightsaber combat teacher and sorry if its long I did shorten a little.
This is the death of Count Dooku:
A starburst of clarity blossoms within Anakin Skywalker's mind, when he says to himself Oh. I get it, now and discovers that the fear within his heart can be a weapon, too.It is that simple, and that complex.
And it is final.
Dooku is dead already. The rest is mere detail. And all for nothing, because a nuclear flame has consumed Anakin Skywalker's Jedi restraint, and fear becomes fury without effort, and fury is a blade that makes his lightsaber into a toy.
The play goes on, but the suspense is over. It has become mere pantomime, as intricate and as meaningless as the space-time curves that guide galactic clusters through a measureless cosmos.
Dooku's decades of combat experience are irrelevant. His mastery of swordplay is useless......... Even his knowledge of the Force has become a joke......But for Anakin, in the fight there is only terror, and rage.
Only he stands between death and the two men he loves best in all the world, and he can no longer afford to hold anything back. That imaginary dead-star dragon tries its best to freeze away his strength, to whisper him that Dooku has beaten him before, that Dooku has all the power of the darkness, to remind him how Dooku took his hand, how Dooku could strike down even Obi-Wan himself seemingly without effort..................
When with all the power that the dark side can draw from throughout the universe, Dooku hurls a jagged fragment of the durasteel table, Shmi Skywalker's gentle murmur I knew you would come for me, Anakin smashes it aside................In that pristine clarity, there is only one thing he must do.
Decide.
So he does.
He decides to win.He decides that Dooku should lose the same hand he took. Decision is reality, here: his blade moves simultaneously with his will and blue fire vaporizes black Corellian nanosilk and disintegrates flesh and shears bone, and away falls a Sith Lord's lightsaber hand, trailing smoke that tastes of charred meat and burned hair. The hand falls with a bar of scarlet blaze still extending from its spastic death grip, and Anakin's heart sings for the fall of that red blade.
He reaches out and the Force catches it for him.
And then Anakin takes Dooku's other hand as well.

I meant for the qoute when Dooku warns GG of Mace, Yoda and company.
O that one will take a while to find but I think i can do it. It depends on where it was mentioned if it was in a novel a can find but if it was in the grievous lord of war or the story of general grievous book than I maynot be able to find i.t

It was mentioned in LOE.
Thanks I will look for it a little later.
Edit: Found it, it is in chapter 32 of LOE. Dooku to Grievous
"No, no, stop, stop," he yelled, coming to his feet and striding to the middle of the training circle, his arms extended to both sides. When he was certain that he had their attention, he swung to Grievous."Power moves served you well on Hypori against Jedi such as Daakman Barrek and Tarr Seir. But I pity you should you have to face off against any of the Council Masters."
He called into hand his courtly, curve-handled lightsaber and drew a rapid X in the air - - a Makashi flourish.
"Do I need to demonstrate what responses you can expect from Cin Drallig or Obi-Wan Kenobi? From Mace Windu or, stars help you, Yoda?

Thank you but Dooku could easily handle Kenobi in AOTC. Had he fought him in the clone wars or something, cuz why would he bragg on Kenobi to GG.Again, appreciate the qoute.
Kenobi style (soresu) is the best counter to Grievous's and Kenobi was the best soresu master in the order, plus Kenobi had improved sgreatly since the AOTC. And as good as Grievous is he is not a Dooku with a lightsaber.
