he would defeat it for sure, but kill it, if you say its unkillable by no means apprently, then no he cannot "kill" it, although he is likely to be able to kill things that are mostly unkillable because of soul powers, but apprently did you not say it has no soul or anything?

It would not want to die due to the fact that it's not real. And it being slow I'm not so sure. It chased James in a small pathway thing so it could only "seem" slow. The only thing that can kill Pyramid Head is itself and the creator Example: James created Pyramid and kept running away from it. In the Lakeview hotel, he saw someone who looks close to somebody he loves get killed by 2 pyramid heads, James fought the creatures and they killed themselves because they're role was to torture James by killing someone who resembled his wife over and over, but James ceased to believe in that stuff so they had no role.

thats an assumption, because its not real it can go as fast as it wants? not likely, maybe as fast as James imagines it to go since its his imagination, tbh its lost because technically it doesnt excist and is not alive in the first place, so it loses by default 😆 😄

all it is, is a figment so its not alive anyway as you said, but what it can do is probably little, especially to kain

It's not James, but the town of Silent Hill that brings people's fears and hatreds and other emotions and mixes them and spews them out as demons. james saw all that crap cause he killed his wife (cause she had some disease.)

That is why I said MOSTLY EVERYTHING. He can't kill Pyron, Dark Titan, Bahatmut, Minerva, etc.
