Is Rachel always at abstract level though?

We have Jenny in Transcendant for good reason over in the tiers thread. Instantaneous Matter manip and time travel, the ability to absorb exploding universes (essentially ingesting a Big Bang), creating new dimensions, etc. etc. Sans Pheonix going uber on everyone, she's clearly the class of this fight.
