And you need to learn to read.
I'm giving you an example of why lucifer is called the son of God in the damned story.
You should learn to read better damn.
I said that lucifer being the will of God,
( obviously from the vertigo story) is a parallel to jesus being the word of God. It's why he's called a son of God in the vertigo story.
Your post was shit cuz you didn't even understand that I was drawing the parallells of Jesus in the bible to how the artist uses lucifer in the comic. not once in any of my sentences did I say lucifer was the will of God in the bible.

I'm a man dogs, I don't mind saying, I stand corrected, my bad.

But you should've been more precise. 🙂

Still, imo,
it's ridiculous that Satan can be related to God in that sense.
It goes against the principle of the story their substituting their un-creativity with.

The story seems very creative. they took elements from the bible and tried to stay true to some points. They left jesus out as well they should have. People get all crazy over depictions of jesus. especially if they aren't done right. So this was the best they could come up with. I like the fact that most of the uber abstracts are literally manifestations of god's emotions, power, will, etc. even his voice is so powerful that it is alive.

It would have been something to see Lucifer and The Word talking to one another in the comic. We got to see him in Swamp Thing and in Spectre v4 but only for a short time, hope we get to see a little of him in Final Crisis.. 😮‍💨

Crisis Tend to deal with the cosmic aspect of the DCU. There are some things that boarder the metaphysical and the cosmic. Such as The Phantom stranger, the source, and the spectre. Other than that, most of the metaphysical beings dont' show up.

Nvr, can you give me your opinion on this,
I'm asking in seriousness.

The narrative in 52 says waverider is the seer of hypertime.
probably was in issue 51 or so.

I'm sure, but in the Kingdom it was Rip Hunter:

Here is Hypertime actually artistically depcited:

Rip Hunter is the guy who first discovered the New DC Multiverse,

Rip Hunter is also the guy who discovered and oversaw "Hypertime."

"Hypertime,

Parallel Timelines which comprise ALL REALITY ...
the Universe they (the Linear Men) oversee is actually Part of a Multiverse,
(Hypertime) an Infinite Realm of Parallel Worlds"

.............................................................................................................

From 52:

Here's Rip Hunter (overseer of Hypertime according to the Kingdom) in 52
calling the Multiverse "All of Creation"

...............................................................................

Here's Supernova, Booster Gold and again Rip Hunter talking:

"Trust the survival of Everything Ever to Three guys"

"Why are you risking the survival of the entire Multiverse"

...............................................................................

Here's Rip Hunter telling Booster Gold and Supernova,
they have to keep the existence of the one and only Multiverse a secret.

Rip also calls it "All of Time & Space."

Can it be that Rip Hunter doesn't know about Hypertime?

That wouldn't make sense, because in the Kingdom series.
Rip knew more about Hypertime than anyone (he was the one describing it)
...............................................................................

It's true,
Waverider was refered to as the keeper of "Divergent Timelines" (Hypertime)

but then,
what the heck do the scans above mean?

Which is the canon story?
Is this a DC mix up?
Retcon?
Or what?

The kingdom is now just one of the 52 universes that make up the current status of the multiverse. Hypertime is either a megaverse within the one aspect of the 52 multiverse, which is plausible given the fact that earth 50 is also a multiverse, or hypertime hasn't been discovered by this reality's rip hunter. Kingdom is an alterverse. So are all characters that appeared in it. Altenate Rip hunter.

Correct.

Actually according to Countdown, Hypertime is just the Divergent Realities of the Multiverse,
as in Timelines:

So it can't be a Megaverse.

Timelines (atleast in Marvel) are part of the same Multiverse as the Universes.

I disagree, that Rip Hunter in the Kingdom wasn't an alternate Rip.

He stepped into the Kingdom from Hypertime.
(the one and only Rip that oversa Hypertime)
That Rip was never situated in the Kingdom.

Unless you have updated proof to the contrary.
(cause that's the story within the Kingdom arc, which I have and read)

Ouch, it's late fellas, I gots ta go.

Goodnight yall, until the next one.

What you dont' have is proof of where that rip hunter stepped from. he's not an abstract and thus isn't privy to being special. And The kingdom was more than divergant time lines. Tanget comics wasn't divergant timelines. It was entirely new concepts with old names. There were also future showings in there, precrisis stuff. Far more than divergant time lines. even crisis wasn't all divergant time lines. And 52 is already slated to be turned into a megaverse, so why can't hypertime be a megaverse? part of an even larger megaverse? And earth 50 is also part of ANOTHER multiverse. Unless you have proof that it was the same Rip hunter, the panels say other wise. Given the fact that one panel calls him the guardian of Hypertime, but the later panels call waverider the seer of hypertime. Waverider>>any and all Rip Hunters. OH one more thing, where in the scans does it say that hypertime is just divergent time lines. It looks to me like skeets is giving TWO seperate titles to waverider.

Does Michael even have any physical feats other than handing Spectre's ass on a silver platter? How strong is Michael? How invulnerable is he? He did got stabbed in the back by Sandalphon(spelling???) if I recall.

What exactly are his powers other than shooting raw infinite focused energy?

Well you can click on the link below my sig, but yes he does. He vaporized two angels with a gesture and hurt Lucifer, albeit reluctantly, with a blast.

He is the most powerful being in creation going by statements, his major feat backing those statements up is him beating the Spectre.

The Lucifer series does indeed show Michael is vulnerable. However, when he dies, all of creation is destroyed, but he'll just regenerate anew.

Michael focusing his powers is more powerful than simply dying and causing a creation-ending detonation as as illustrated in his fight with Lucifer, even though that battle does not provide us with the best of examples.

Scathan Disapproves!

Yeah, lol. Scathan is stronger then LT. There was a 70 page thread about Mike vs. LT. If that doesn't show it's a contested issue, I don't know what does. Scathan takes this handily.

I wonder how much stronger the LT would be if the Stranger was still his fourth face?

Michael.

Scathan is equal to LT, where are you getting he is stronger?

And I believe Stranger could have been his fourth face, not that he was, I don't think that would make him stronger anyway.

Michael.

Scathan wins.

Not sure how far to take this but his marvel.com bio states that the Stranger was his former face.

Wuts up KK.

You're actually right about that, the LT's bio does state that,
props to Marvel.com bios,
they're are exactly word for word identical to the Handbooks.

But as you know we must always verify bios (of any kind) with on panel evidence,
what I've known for a while is that the bio on this one, is in-correct,
meh, these seldom flaws occur, so it's nothing to go wow about.

Anyway, the on panel evidence states, (LT talking)
that the Stranger could've been the Fourth Face of the Stellar Skull:
