MP3 Swap Meet

I've been busy so I haven't been online, and it's going to take me some time to catch up with the dowloads considering I have a 56k😮
but I'll comment as soon as I do.🙂

I know, 56k sucks.

You need to have a high-end computer if you want to get all these songs d/l'ed in a short amount of time.

Yeah, it takes me 20 minutes to download a 3 minute song.
Where as it takes someone else 1 minute with DSL.🙁

20 minutes for a 3 minute song???

You must be exageratting.

I'm on a 56k and when I was allowed to d/l music is only took about 10 minutes per song.

And some of the songs were 7 minutes plus.

It used to take me about 20 minutes with a 56k modem too

You must have a good 56k or something.
Cause it takes forever!

I've been listening to Peter Gabriel too much. I can't stop humming some of his songs. In fact I'm listening to them right now! 😄

He released his new CD, "Up" a few weeks ago. My dad has listened to Peter ever since he was with the band 'Genesis' (with drummer/singer Phil Collins, if you've ever heard of him), so he went out and bought the CD right away.

A few good songs on his CD are "Darkness", "Growing Up", "I Grieve", "The Barry Williams Show", and "Signal to Noise."

The ending of "I Grieve" is one of my fav. tunes for now. "The Barry Williams Show" makes fun of the Jerry Springer show, and it's pretty fun. Though you may not want kids listening to it and getting bright ideas. 😉
