I am worried that this game will be a little too "Assassin's Creed", which I really didnt like.

Well other then the crowd interactions there isn't much that ties AC to Conviction. And even in AC the crowds were not used much, the idea of hiding within the crowd wasn't even implemented AC, hopefully we can hide from the police/FBI etc simply by moving at normal speed through a crowd, not pressing a silly "pray" button that only make you stand out from the crowd (except for the guards).

You guys think we'll hear more about Fable 2 this year? Or will we see it in 09?

Its been two years and we barely seen more than art, I would be very surprised to see it in 2008.

2009 is more reasonable, unless they are keeping it a secret, in that case...

I would love to hear about a Wii Star Fox game and of course looking forward to Sonic Chronicles: The Dark Brotherhood but I would like to see a new Sonic game improving upon the Secret Rings.

I would like to see a sonic game like secret rings, that is an actual good Sonic 3D game, and has metal sonic as the main villain or Eggman Nega, since the possibility of Eggman going back to his evil roots is 1 in 1,000,000.

I would like to see Vector, Espio, Blaze and Omega as well.

I'll add Dark Sector.
