I'd go with Exodus. Bias aside...I wouldn't say he's pure evil but I'd say his fanatical tendencies make up for it . His powers are said to increase with his fanaticism and he is great at following orders infact he'll probably adopt those very orders as his religion 😐 . He'd be a better guardian to the Book of Parallax then whats her face(Lyssa Drak). And the fact that his codename is Exodus makes the whole Guardian to the Book of Parallax even more fitting.
That or Rhino.
