DP Tyrant actually defeats this team even easier than known six team he defeated before.

If your talking about the battle with Gladiator,Silver Surfer,Beta Ray Bill,Terrax & Morg both Terrax & Morg was not even fighting Tyrant they were fighting themselves

Jack of Hearts didn't get much of a chance for a fight. Morg is like 4 or 5 heralds alone Silver Surfer apparently has became more powerful WWH has took out most of Marvel heros Sentry defeated Terrax rather easy so he should be considered atleast somewhere above a Herald

Captian Marvel was there too. Tyrant smacks this team around like the other 1.

Tyrant wins. Adding Classic Juggs and Gladiator might have mattered if Surfer and co were at least hurting Tyrant somewhat in that first fight, but they were doing absolutely no damage to him at all. I don't see them winning this fight even once.

Tyrant whips their asses.

True but when Silver Surfer's and Beta Ray Bill's attacks do absolutely nothing against him when he's not even defending, it makes you doubt how much addin a couple more sub-herald characters will matter.
