Makes it to 9. He had all the power of Odin except better knowledge on use of the godforce.

He clears 1 to 8 and loses woefully at 9

Yep, to 9. Mephisto is the toughest challenge before Galactus, though.

the reason why Galactus usually turns tail is because he profits little from such exertions when the energies he would gain are outweighed by those he would expend attaining them.

Hungry Galactus already jobbed to Thor's godblast. RKT does the same except a thousand times more powerful. Clears 8, loses at 9.

I can't see Galactus losing, Godblast or no.
as I said, he usually retreats when he's hungry and it would consume too much of his energies fighting to be worth it, but if he's backed into a corner, I'd say he'd win regardless of how hungry he was. different order of magnitude...

There's a far cry of difference between hungry and starving.

He loses at either eight or nine.

Imo, he stops at Psi-lord.
He also stops at Franky (child) if the kid isn't holding back.

Otherwise he makes it to 9, and loses.

Hungry Galactus siphons his energy and becomes not hungry Galactus.

King Thor doesn't make it past 7. RKY however makes it to 9 without too much of a problem.

You claimed that Rune King Thor had all of Odin's powers and simply more knowledge. We've never seen Odin use rune magic, only regular kind of magic. Unless you have any scans of him using magic that looks similar to Rune King Thor's when performed.

The comment on King Thor was obviously aimed at Larceny's post....
