Warpath is Class 90 in strenght I believe and he's sure a hellova lot smarter than Grundy.
Hell Bruce has taken on Grundy in H2H. So why couldn't Warpath?

It's not too impressive at least.

Even class 90 Warpath doesn't have much of a chance against Grundy who at different times took on the JSA & JLA at the same time.

Grundy is more inconsistent then Samurai Jack or the Powerpuff Girls. Some incarnations get wreaked by Warpath... some utterly destory him.

Indeed, one version was defeated by Batman...... but Batman would take Warpath though 😖hifty:
