Superman wins because lets face it he always does because he can't lose since DC won't allow it and he litterally has really no weaknesses anymore.

In a recent Issue of Superman it was shown Batman has been unable to acquire any Kryptonite since Earth 2 superman destroyed his ring. If Green K can be brought in a jewelers why does Batman not have any? Why did lex luthor have to travel the world to find the Various K rock for Metallo?

Canonwise Superman and Action comics trump Superman/Batman.
