Well DS at his greatest has been the balance of the source, Busted the wall when it was nigh invulnerable, created alternate Realities, and was instrumental in the defeats of Imperiex, The Classic AM etc. I'd say at his height, he could give a low level celestial a Good Rumble. It's not like a celestial can stand up to Galactus at all. SO I see no reason why DS wouldn't be around the same lvl. Since Galactus would win against DS the same as he would a celestial.
