Due to Thanos being an Eternal, there is virtually no need for him to recover. Given that he feeds off of cosmic energy, he could fight at peak for weeks and not get tired.

Hulk would be one hell of a fight, and aside from bfr/PC gamma siphoning, can't see Thanos winning against Hulk.
if you put any half-decent speedy flyer in there with Hulk Thanos is screwed...

Hulk out muscled an elder already (the Gardener) so he's got some form.
