i was asked to name my favorite album of 2007 new years eve, i didnt buy any this year so i decided on Long Road Out of Eden- The Eagles and Bruce Spingsteens new album.

Yeah it was a great year, easily enough great albums to warrant a top ten. Hopefully this year will be as good, though I doubt it.

They were terrible!!!!

Haha, to be fair it depends on your scene and what your expectations are. If I was into indie rock like Bardock I would have to say there were many good albums. I'm not sure how hip-hop really panned out, but I hear it was okay, electronic music did pretty well, metal did horribly and hard rock had a few stellar releases, but lacked depth compared to 2006.

I just bought the new tomahawk, and I must say, its one of the most interestingly addictive listens I've had in a while, VERY good album, and surprisingly accessible from Mike Patton.
