The other has pwned multiple top tiers, and Mxy.

Monarchs feats are impressive but so far SMP's are still on a higher level.

Monarch is by far a better tactician though which could make a difference since SMP is a brawler.

I doubt it considering all of a Guardian's energy ultimately did nothing to harm him. It only empowered. That would likely be the case also.
