Ok you see it doesn't matter what Superman says it matters what Superman does. He also has complimented Deathstrokes speed as well. It's also not exactly like Superman to just go "Yeah I'm pretty much better than you in every way".

Also nobody really cares what Batman has to say. This isn't a comic so there is no reason to humor him.
