Feel like crying my eyes out.

Last time they told me my blood test results in the letter, this time the letter told me to book an appointment to discuss my results.. so that is stressing me out. ermm

I don't want any "I'm sure you'll be fine" replies to this, I am just getting things out of my head in the hope it will help me sleep.

Nah, I'm ok. Jusy typing that made me cry and I don't want to cry because then my sister will want to know why and I don't want to explain.

Plus I need to stop thinking about it or I'll never sleep and then I'll never get up for the docs in 9 hrs.

I was just trying to get it out, I read somewhere that writing down your problems sometimes helps ease your mind and helps you sleep.
