Do you know Primrose Hill? That's where I'm moving. It's a really nice (but posh) district. I think the move will be good, cause it aint good staying in one house your whole childhood and teenagehood.

Why £70,000? That's quite a bit ermm Is it debt?

Well I see it like this: If you only experience one house, and never move, the first time you move out of your house is a lot harder. Like going to uni would be harder, cause it's the first time you're moving away from a home.

Yeah I used to live in Highgate during my school holidays with my great aunt 😄

Yeah it's debt from when my dad had his own business and a big customer went bankrupt on him and he lost a load of money and had to declare bankruptcy himself 😬

Well it won't happen for about 6 years so I guess we can hope that in that time we can fix our house enough to sell and then pay the 70k outta that.

i know someone who is 17 and lives in his own flat, and he nearly got evicted but its ok now. and i was like wow hes 17 and lives in his own flat. apparently he hates his mother

my ex mate got her own flat at 16 when she had a baby and told the council her mum had kicked her out so they had to give her her own flat.

she was such a slag. her place was probably more like a brothel.
